90 minutes.
Seems like a chore, right? Those vinyasas get oooolllldddd after awhile, but I have to admit something: I really *do* like the yoga. It helps a lot with balance, core control and breathing. I just wish it wasn't 90 minutes. Finding 90 minutes where *something* or *someone* isn't interrupting me is a lot harder than finding 60 minutes as such.
OK, enough whining. ;)
Here's the one takeaway from this post: you should absolutely get yoga blocks. I've been doing Yoga X without them for this entire time. Wifey got "us" a set for Christmas, and today was the first time I used them.
It's changed my yoga game...the blocks allow me to stretch but do so in a controlled manner and really open my chest/hips up. Goodness!
I burned a massive amount of calories today, and I know it has a lot to do with my ability to really push in this workout. The blocks are awesome.
Get some.

P.S. I must stay away from Bazilian restaurants...I ate way too much tonight at a friend's birthday party. Nothing horrible, just a lot of red meat, beans/rice and baked chicken. TONS of fat. Damn that was good ;)
