Ugh.
Monday Night I pinched a nerve in my neck during BJJ. I had completed UB+ during the day, did BJJ, then came home and did abs/core+ afterwards. That proved to be a stupid decision.
Tuesday I couldn't move my neck. ;( I got a chiropractic treatment that fixed me 80%. Missed Interval X.
Wednesday I had to go into Boston proper for a conference.
My friend Jeremiah came into town for said conference and we always grapple in BJJ.
We rolled for a TOUGH 1.5 hours and I missed Total Body Plus esp. since BJJ really hurt my neck;
I just couldn't let him come to town and NOT roll with him...I probably should have, however ;)
Thursday was another all-day affair for the conference. Missed Yoga X given the timing/injury
Friday I was able to do the Upper Plus and Abs/Core Plus.
I'll make up a missed cardio or TB+ on Sunday instead of a rest.
This has been a bad, bad week for P90X+. ;(
I need to decide if I'm going to re-do week 3 or go onto week 4 which is the cool P90X-like week.
