Like on his blog, I'm going to be uploading my calorie/zone graphs after each workout.
Here's my Ab Ripper X workout from this evening:
The HR zones are calculated based upon personal data you enter into the watch (age, height, weight) and a "fitness test" which basically calculates resting hear rate (mine is 57 - so-called "elite athlete" level...)
I like the fact that during this routine (towards the end) when I work really hard, I'm in the meaty bits of zone 2 and 3...this routine burned 167 calories. Add the 841 (from my Drive Mio watch) and an hour of BJJ tonight (usually ~700-1000 calories) I'm running a massive deficit today.
