I *have* to get my workouts done earlier. With the kids being off school, errands piling up, regular work and BJJ, my P90X workouts over the last 1.5 weeks have been way too late. Tonight again I started at about 10:30pm.
P90X Back & Biceps Done. 741 calories, 21% from fat. Avg HR 127/Max 159. 31 minutes in zone 2, too much in zone 1 (rested a lot)
Like this routine a LOT. The strip curls at the end are killers and I'm almost maxing out the SelectTechs on the lawnmowers...I'm at 50 lbs and they only go to 52.5! ;)
I'll have to do the ARX tomorrow morning because if I don't eat something, I'm going to fall over dead.
I believe that I hit the half-way point tonight...45 days! Unless all the blood in my biceps is fudging my math skills which is entirely possible as I can barely type. I'll have to take some pictures tomorrow for posterity's sake.
