Alright, here's where the rubber meets the road. People want to know if the P90X works. The best way for me to answer this question since I'm recommending the program is to lay it out there and show you the results.
I'm not Arnold, but I'm making progress that I'm really, really happy with. For me, if this represents 3 weeks of progress, I can't wait to see what I look like at the end of week 12.
Some vitals: 38 yrs old, 5'9.5". I started at 175 pounds. I'm now 168.5. I started at 24% bodyfat. I'm now at 19% YMMV.
So here goes. Talk about putting yourself out there, but it would be disingenuous to recommend something to people, tell them it works and then not prove it.

I don't know if the differences are that apparent to you. They are to me and I sure as hell feel them.
Hope this helps motivate some of you to get off the couch. I'll be posting more details regarding the routines, my experiences with them, weights/reps., etc. shortly.
