Well folks, here's to the last workout of 2008!
I wrecked my shoulder in BJJ and leg in kickboxing, so the thought of legs and back was daunting. I banged through it OK, but my intensity was definitely off. I could especially tell that I was lugging it through Ab Ripper X as I am usually ahead of the video pacing. This time I was behind.
Ah well, getting it done is better than not doing it at all. Here are the results from the FT80 (since I *still* can't get the data out of the watch, I'll go low-tech again:)
657 calories, 19% from fat. Avg. HR 127, max HR 161. Zone 1: 25:37, Zone 2: 30:20, Zone 3: 7:10
I spent a lot of time in recovery in Zone 1 as you can tell from the numbers above. ARX usually adds another 150 or so calories burned.)
Hoping you all had a fantastic 2008 and here's looking toward an even better 2009.
