I'm writing this and the next couple of entries after the fact...
This week is going to be interesting inasmuch as Monday-Wednesday I will be traveling to a conference which has me tied up from 7am-10pm each day, so that doesn't leave much time to exercise.
Today was supposed to be an hour flight from BOS -> DCA. Thanks to a NorEaster, the trip took almost 10 hours. I got to my hotel at 8pm. I ate dinner, waited an hour and then did UBP and AC+ in my hotel room after digesting ;)
I didn't have the ability to do the pull-ups as I only had bands and I couldn't replicate things like L-pullups with them, so I had a lower calorie burn than usual. The workout was totally doable and just as much fun in the hotel room as at home.
This was the first full workout I've done with the bands, and I have to say that I was very impressed by the pump I got with them. The bands keep my form more strict and really work the isometric angle, so I may convert over to bands for the remainder of this round entirel.
