I've been busy with work and moving my other blog to a new domain/hosting provider so whilst I've been updating the @P90XTwits with my routines, I haven't remembered to update these.
NO, I did not take a week off! ;) I decided to carry on to week 4 and not repeat week 3 despite missing a couple of days due to a pinched nerve in my neck due to BJJ.
I've really enjoyed week 4 as it's been a return to P90X routines with the odd P90X+ sprinkled in. Basically, Week 4 is a "rest" week from the cardio and back to the strength routines from X. I missed the old X ;(
At any rate, onto week 5 with a visit from my old friend Plyometrics.
This is going to be an interesting week. I am traveling internationally to Europe in one of those all day/night scenarios for meetings/dinner/etc.
I'll stay disciplined as I have in the past.
