I'm starting to enjoy the Upper Plus routine. I really should have continued with the bands I think, but I went back to the SelectTech dumbbells because they were convenient.
I'm getting better with the form on most exercises, but balance-focused ones like the warrior swim still are difficult.
I'm not getting as much out of the pumper curls as I should and the clean to negatives still have me a bit stymied.
Next week I think I'll turn up the weight a bit assuming I'm happy with my form, though with many of these routines, it's about form/time rather than weight.
Abs/Core Plus is enjoyable, but I miss the ab-targeted burn of Ab Ripper X.
I've found that I'm really not very symmetric as it comes to being coordinated for some of the exercises such as the wood chopper and discus thrower. I'm OK on the twisting to the left, but I am a complete goober when it comes to the right hand side.
The pelvic tilt and plank sphinx with plange also have me concerned form-wise.
I also am not convinced I'm doing the "bomb" portion of the Cherry Bomb properly.
Lots of opportunity for improvement.
