I felt ill yesterday and went to be in the late afternoon, not to awake until the following morning's (today) DST nightmare of losing an hour's sleep :(
I felt much better today, so instead of rest/stretch, I did Kenpo Cardio X and then walked a mile or so with Olivia to join the rest of the family at the local nature preserve with the dog.
Beautiful day. Can't wait until spring/summer is really here so we can go kayaking, hiking and exploring.
