An uneventful but satisfying workout of Upper Plus (getting better with balance/form/core strength) was followed by a particularly vicious hour-long session of BJJ. When I got home after a nasty neck crank, I managed to stretch out and then bang out abs/core plus.
This week is going to suck schedule-wise as I have a conference in-town that will make my workouts harder than were I staying at a hotel out of town given travel to/from the show.
Ah well, I shall soldier onward.
Interval X+ tomorrow as well as 1.5 hours of BJJ.
