Meh.
Some of these moves seem kitschy after the P90X version of Kenpo. It's all about jacking the cardio up and while I appreciate not having all the blocks from X, some of the combinations are unnecessarily laden with complexity that could be left better to hip hop abs ;)
Give me a bunch of the 4 punch combos or even the kicks which I am terrible at instead.
It was a fine workout, but I'd rather do P90X Kenpo and add some Cadio X in...or vice versa.
This marked the end of week 1. We've got 2 more weeks like this cycle and then week 4 introduces back our old friends back & bicep, Ab Ripper X, CoreSyn, Chest, Shoulders & Tri, Legs & Back and X Stretch. ;)
Be nice to get back to some of the resistance workouts from P90X. I see the method to the madness, however. Looking forward to the results.
